warm staff excellent food central location
the hotel staff were very warm and cute. the restaurant offered excellent homemade food, and there was a great pub attached (perfect for a relaxing evening). the hotel's proximity to the center was a significant advantage.
the decor in the corridors and the room felt somewhat tired and in need of updating.

welcome bag dog sausage
I really enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere. Casper received a welcome bag complete with a toy, treats, and even poo bags! also, the staff remembered casper's name and offered him a sausage at breakfast, cut into perfect bite-sized pieces.
the windows in my room opened, but they didn't stay open without constant adjustment, i was a bit worried about trapping my fingers!

dog-friendly hotel doggie welcome bag comfortable room
i was thrilled this hotel was dog friendly. they left a great doggie welcome bag with a toy and treats. the server asked if casper (my dog) would like a sausage. the room was comfortable with an ensuite and tv.
the shower stopped working at night as i was shampooing my hair.

the hotel has a doggy station making it very convenient. off road parking was available . the manager seemed very pleasant and cute making the experience better.
the room felt dark because it had a tiny window overlooking the roof and neighboring buildings.
